It’s back! Racier than Clipsal, more feisty than Fringe, and more media than you can manage in your prettiest spreadsheet, it’s the annual fight for Adelaide supremacy that promises to be bigger and better than ever before – it’s the Third Annual Adelaide Media Club/Radio Industry Quiz Night. Yay!
Once again the three big radio names in town are coming together to support one of the best nights in the industry, so a tip o’ the hat to ARN, Southern Cross Austereo, and DMG (thanks guys, we love all of you!) And they’re bringing your favourite radio presenters as quizmasters, so that should be a bit of a laugh, eh?!
We listened to your feedback (well, some of it) and we’ve changed venue. Why? Simple. More bar staff! Answering all those questions is thirsty work and we know how important it is to stay hydrated. Oh, and how about a bar tab for your table if you want it? Sorted! Happy hour? How about $4 pints 6.30-7.30pm? Damn we’re good!
Okay, yes, we know it’s just pizza, but this year sees the return of Adelaide’s original pizzeria and our all time favourite – Marcellina’s pizzas.

Express entry? Heck, you’re already there! That’s right, we’re kicking on right where we’re at. The DJ is locked in, more drink specials lined up ($5 vodkas 10-11pm), and your travel time is only as long as it takes to get to the bar – ‘coz baby, this night ain’t over til the fat lady sings! Or they kick us out. One or the other.
Yep, the charity raffle is back and we’re furiously working on some fantastic prizes. Remember people, everyone wins because proceeds from the raffle are donated to our 2012 charities, Beyond Blue and Starlight Children’s Foundation SA. But really, if you want an *actual* prize, just buy more tickets and stop your whining! If you’re not in, and in BIG, then you didn’t want to win now did you? Think of the children.
